Is there a minimum contract?
Corporate memberships run on a flexible rolling basis; we simply ask for one full calendar month’s notice to cancel. Private events and studio hire carry no commitment at all: book the dates you need.
What corporate funding options are available?
Flexible funding to suit you. Fully fund memberships as a benefit, contribute a set amount and let employees top up, or simply support self-funded sign-ups at a corporate rate. Part-funded plans can be tailored to your budget.
What does a corporate membership include?
Private Trackman bays, member rates on professional coaching, access across Tower Bridge and Deptford Park, performance data and leaderboards, and invitations to events. Whole-floor private hire, catering and tournaments are available on request. All fees include VAT.
How many people can you host for an event?
Whole-floor private hire suits teams of 12 to 60, with optional professional coaching, catering from our espresso-bar partner, and a closest-to-the-pin tournament built on Trackman Combine. Smaller groups can book a cluster of bays any time.
Do you offer trials or tours?
We don’t run free corporate trials, but you’re very welcome to book a private studio tour or a taster session with one of the team before you commit.
Can our team access both studios?
Yes. Corporate accounts include access to both Tower Bridge and Deptford Park, with 24/7 access at Tower Bridge, so everyone can play wherever suits.
